Senior And National Cup Draws 2018

The draws for the Cricket Ireland 2018 Irish Senior and National Cups were made today. The first round of matches takes place on Saturday, May 19th with the finals weekend on September 1st and 2nd.

This year draw sees Ardmore and Brigade travel to Dublin, Coleraine make the trip down to Carrickfergus while Strabane again has a long journey south to play Cork County, after playing County Kerry in last years quarterfinals. Donemana and Eglinton welcome two Dublin sides, in Merrion and Leinster, to the North West, with the two remaining premier league clubs, Fox Lodge and Bready, hosting two NCU side in North Down and CSNI

The national cup draw also took place with Sion Mills and Newbuildings travelling to Belfast,

Burndennett travels to Dublin to face Railway Union and Killyclooney making the trip to Laois. Bonds Glen and Drummond face fierce opposition at home from NCU Teams, while St Johnston host North Kildare.

Both Glendermott and Ballyspallen will be happy to receive byes into the next round.
