Ardmore win League 4 title

Ardmore IIIs were presented with the North West League 4 Championship trophy this afternoon on the day that they also qualified for the divisional cup final with a 24-run win at home to Coleraine.

Michael Dalton’s side have enjoyed a pretty much unblemished season so far- no defeats and just one ‘washout’ allowed them to wrap up the title win with 34 points to spare from North Fermanagh IIs in second place.

The skipper was in fine form with the bat in today’s cup semi-final before collecting the league trophy; his half century ensuring the hosts were able to see off the Bannsiders and book their place in next weekend’s final against the Kesh team (venue to be confirmed).
